Pigeon story

           The pigeon wants a walrus

I think the pigeon should get a walrus for a pet.

It could be a good idea for the pigeon to have a walrus as a pet because the walrus the could take care of the pigeon f the pigeon gets sick and the pigeon could do the same to the walrus.

The walrus could help the pigeon build a treehouse with his strong muscles so the walrus can hangout with the pigeon

and relax like friends.

Finally I think the walrus and the pigeon can have a high school party with they friend.

This is why I think the pigeon should have a walrus.

Coordinates

We have been learning about coordinates or ordered pairs.

Coordinates are used to find the location of a particular place on a grid.

I have embeded a slide show on my blog to show my learning.

I found that placing the coordinates in diffrent shapes was the hardest challenge in here. The one that I had the most fun doing was the shapes

One jet black night a green monster walked to catik were the cat could have fun and play but the could did not know about the demon that rule the outside one monster managed to get into catik but he did not think that the cats where mean so he went to make think right. When the monster arrived everything was so little he walked to a house but he broke the front window he saw a furry cute think he ow so cute maybe

He said we can be friend so he creep up the furry cute think the kitten work up and said hi how are you the monster said can we be friend the kitten said yes.

When we arrive at the school my breath was taken away by the supreme buildings it was mind blowing in our refreshing room.

I hear my classmates chatting away with the new news

Bliss Balls

Coconut/coco Raisin Bliss Ball

During Literacy this week, I got told how to make a coconut raisin bliss ball.  When I got my ball it didn’t really look like ball. It was spoonful of sticky ingredients all mixed up. So we had to roll it up into a ball. Then I looked at it. It looked really truffle like.

We got to roll the ball in either cocoa or coconut. I chose coconut because I like it. When I felt it, it felt like a moist ball. The ball started to melt in my hands after I kept rolling it.  

It smelled like raisin and coconut.  Just as I was smelling the bliss ball, we finally got to taste it.

      At first it tasted like a yucky bliss ball but the aftertaste was yum!

WALT write about an experience using descriptive language features.

Antarctica art

We have been leaning about Antarctica over the past few weeks.We went to the Antarctic center for a school trip we painted picture of penguins. I carefully sketched my penguin. Then I painted the black feathers
When that was dry I painted the orange feather and beak. lastly I  the yellow  feathers. I had to make sure I painted the feathers to look like real feathers.

Rainy Day Art

For literacy we are leaning about the weather. We used crayon and dye to create a rainy day picture. First I drew a rainbow with crayons. I had to make sure there were no white bits in the rainbow. After that I used different colors of dye to the paint the cloudy dark sky.
